The Roastery Coffee

I’ve been visiting The Roastery Coffee in Santa Teresa for over 5 years. It’s a must stop every trip. Great cup of coffee. Fresh healthy food and my favorite coffee beans to take back to the states. More importantly. Irene the owner and her team always have a smile and welcome ready as you come through the door. The WiFi works and it’s super clean and easy to find. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I came to Santa Teresa as chefs for a client he works for in Houston. My husband loves coffee and after researching local places, we chose to visit The Roastery. I'm so glad we did! I only wish we had gone sooner. We met the owner, Irene, and she was so generous with information about where to get the best produce and freshest ingredients in the area. The educational conversation aside, the coffee was AMAZING. And I know nothing about coffee. My husband had a double shot espresso and I had an iced Americano. I would travel to Santa Teresa just to visit The Roastery again.

Excellent coffee! Fantastic value for money in Santa Teresa with a small but diverse menu featuring fresh, tasty food. I enjoyed the avocado toast and spent a few hours in the cafe reading. The decor is minimal and informal, and the cafe works on counter service. A great spot for a casual breakfast or solo coffee work session!

Came here for breakfast three times, and it was amazing every time. Delicious food, great coffee, lovely atmosphere and service. I was hesitating between two cakes and the nice lady at the counter gave me a small piece to try big plus for such a small attention . And the GF banana bread Omg unreal, wanna go back to Santa Teresa just for that.

Lovely latte art that reveals a wonderfully executed cup of coffee—no need for simple syrup or chocolate… these beans are roasted with love…when they do add it… mochas, lattes & cappuccinos become an absolute delight. The carrot cake is a meal in itself and the avocado toast with egg… even a simple sandwich is delicious… you can tell everyone here truly cares. Perfection.

Best coffee i've tasted in Santa Teresa! The honey after taste is really strong and delicious The staff is welcoming and one lady helped us in choosing a coffee bag to bring back home ! I wish it was located in Montreal hahaha! Thank you

If you’re a coffee dork and appreciate quality and knowledge, this is the place. It was apart of my daily routine, I was there almost every morning at 7am sharp. Solid staff fantastic owner and perfect coffee experience, consistent and clean.

The coffee here is some of the best I’ve had around the world. We’re even bringing some back to Bali with us, it’s THAT good. The service here is the best we’ve experienced in Costa Rica as well, the owners are so welcoming and overall lovely people. The food is fresh and delicious. We came here 2 years ago and it was our first stop back this trip. Overall great place, great food, coffee and people.
